I’m Candace Ingram, the Founder of Fruitful & Fit LLC. I’m also a certified Faith and Lifestyle Coach and mentor for women, a wellness advocate, a motivational speaker, a singer-songwriter, a wife, and a mother!

Fruitful & Fit was created to empower women holistically by integrating faith and lifestyle practices. My mission is to guide women in unlocking their full potential, achieving their goals, and embracing a more fulfilling, wholesome life. We incorporate faith into everything we do, stewarding our wellbeing and enhancing our overall quality of life while honoring God in the process.

As a busy wife and mom of four, I know firsthand how life’s daily demands can be overwhelming, often leaving little room for self-care and meaningful connections. When I realized how my habits, mindset and routines were impacting my well-being, I found myself navigating a journey of trial and error in pursuit of genuine balance and freedom, Through this process, I discovered my own breakthrough—and from it, I’ve created an authentic program designed to meet the unique needs of each woman, helping you find your own fruitful path. How incredible is it that we have the power to choose a better way and step into a healthier, more fulfilling life?

I am passionate about uniting women and empowering them to thrive with confidence! My mission is to provide each woman with a meaningful experience—offering mindful living practices, daily self-care routines, personal development strategies, and simple ways to nurture and strengthen faith through God’s word and prayer.

My goal is to understand and inspire each woman, leaving her feeling truly valued and empowered to walk in her unique design. I am dedicated to serving you with compassion, excellence, and love.
